CAESAR BUTTER

1 stick of butter - softened

Zest of 1 Lemon

½ C parmesan, microplaned

1 Clove Garlic, microplaned

¼ tsp Dijon Mustard

2-3 Anchovies, minced

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until evenly combined and smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. When serving, letting the butter temper and soften up is best.
